HOW DO WE DO IT ?
fSSN will bring high speed internet to anyplace, anytime, anywhere through a free Space mesh secure network
MISSION: ENABLING THE ACCESS TO THE EVOLVING IOT X-TECH MARKETS
FSSN intends to create the world’s first global telecommunication network, linking aircraft to each other as well as to strategically located ground interfaces at the speed of light.
Based on a proprietary dynamic aircraft locating algorithm, FSSN has developed several unique patent-pending applications and technologies.
On May 2017, FSSN’s management conducted an airborne meshed-network proof of concept test by flying two experimental Boeing 767-300 jetliners over Roswell, New Mexico.
FSSN’s proposed global meshed network, consisting of Free Space Optics (FSO) terminals and Radio Frequency (RF) signaling, configured as a hybrid system, offers the best of both technologies.
FSSN’s proprietary technology is based on a field proven FSO design, which has been tested extensively by the US DOD. FSSN possesses unique dynamic locating algorithms and has the ability to mass produce its hybrid FSO terminals.
FSSN’s staff has a proven track record of creating disruptive new technologies, ranging from the world’s first wireless consumer telephone in 1977, the wireless in cabin AIRFONE (1982), to numerous global satellite, mobile, aeronautical and microwave systems.
This aircraft based network will form a global “spiderweb”, linking most of the world’s airborne aircraft in a dynamic mesh, employing a combination of fiber optic communications, using air as the medium, and broadband microwave.
With four independent links per aircraft, the company expects its network’s up time to meet global telecom standards for integrity and reliability.
Precise aircraft locating, down to mere centimeters, can be accomplished regardless of the availability of either GPS, the EU’s Galileo satellite navigation program, or any other satellite based system.
